You can still die in a car crash even though you were wearing your seatbelt, so seat belt laws are stupid and shouldn’t exist.
Minimum wage requirements still won’t help some individuals and families living in poverty, so minimum wage laws are stupid and your employer should have the right to pay you whatever he or she wants, even if it’s 50 cents an hour!
That taco place last night still might give me food poisoning, so why bother with inspecting food at all? What a waste of time and money.
It’s impossible to give everyone a good and free education, so we might as well not have any education funding at all.
Violent people are always going to exist, so there’s really no point in restricting their access to a weapon that can fire 500 bullets a minute.

They keep using that “92% of job losses were women” claim which even if we accept it at face value they never say why, what about Obama’s “economic policies” would affect women THAT much more than men? I can understand if you want to make the point that Obama’s policies are bad for business but how would they affect women so disproportionately? And to that point does Romney have a plan that would incentivize the hiring of women? And if there a plan is how would they defend it against claims of “dictating private hiring”?
Of course all these questions are dependent on taking the claim at its face value rather than what it is: a weak attempt to spin the Republican party’s very real nationwide attacks on contraception, birth control, and abortion access.

I like how he’s trying. Give up, you have no hope of winning.
